What you'll do as a Service Agent Customer Service:




- Answer incoming calls from customers who need assistance with the clothing, footwear, and accessories sales application, follow up on the shipping and packaging process, handle returns, and ensure customer service is provided.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns and ensure all inquiries are handled and documented in a timely and professional manner.
- Ability to interact and thrive in a high-volume environment.
- Provide an appropriate sense of urgency when responding to customer requests.
- Maintain a positive attitude, friendliness, and exceptional customer service when corresponding with customers.
- Participate in designated team meetings to improve the overall department and/or enhance the quality of customer service.
- Effectively advise the trainer, floor support, or team leader quickly and thoroughly to inform them of any problems or unusual issues that may lead to escalation or a dissatisfied customer, so that alternative action can
