Node.js Full Stack Developer Sr. – Hybrid in Guadalajara

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer as a Support Engineer L4 to join our engineering team. This role is adecuado for someone who brings deep technical expertise, strong architectural thinking, and a passion for building scalable, cloud-native applications. As a senior engineer, you will influence technical direction, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development support for L4 of full‑stack applications using Angular, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Supervise the Cloud Architecture: Architect and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.
- Validation and improvement of API Management: Build scalable APIs, microservices, and integration layers.
- Propose experience for Optimization: Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
- Strong Collaboration: Work with product, architecture, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.




- Lead and conduct improvements to the DevOps team: Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and promote engineering best practices.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack and drive root-cause analysis.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving development processes and standards.

Technical Skills Required
- Experience: Senior-level with 8+ years of experience in software development.
- Frontend: Advanced proficiency with Angular, including component architecture, state management, and UI performance.
- Backend: Deep experience with Node.js and modern frameworks such as Express or NestJS.
- Database: Strong SQL expertise and hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and schema design.
- Cloud: Professional experience with AWS, including designing and deploying production workloads.
- Support Experience:Dedduging, troubleshooting and maintaince background.
