Job Overview

We are looking for a Supervisor to lead the Talent Management Central (TMC) Coordinators based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that requires presence in the office 2 days per week, with no option for remote work.

Key Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day management of the Talent Coordinators (TCs) in Mexico City
- Ensure uptime of the TMC while managing TC workloads
- Continuous process improvement in coordination with the Talent Management team
- Workflow assignment and coordination for the TCs




- Interaction and alignment with the TMC location in Warsaw
- Provide hands‑on training to TCs on OW systems so they become experts
- Capacity and load management of the TC team, including hiring and performance management
- Flawless execution of key talent‑management processes
- Management and tracking of SLAs (including redefining them as needed)
- Proactive process improvement and enhancements
- Accurate and timely report production
- Support for the Talent Management team across the Americas and globally, participating in meetings and feedback sessions
- Occasional surge support or execution of complex use cases as required
- Assist in the execution of administrative tasks and processes related to staffing, performance management and consultant talent programs (e.g., FlexOW)
- Provide analytics and reporting support for Talent Managers
