Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. Responsibilities include technical support and leadership in delivering solutions that meet business needs. Build and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. Stay current with leading-edge technologies and contribute to the company’s solution portfolio through technical expertise and methodologies.

Responsibilities




- Deliver assigned tasks within the project lifecycle.
- Contribute detailed technical designs aligned with customer requirements.
- Install and update systems, firmware, and drivers; configure and test applications.
- Assist in technical presentations and customer meetings.
- Work independently or with minimal guidance from technical leads.
- Collaborate with team members and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand company strategy and individual role impact.
- Leverage knowledge tools and contribute to technical forums and communities.
- May be required to attend client site based on project needs.

Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in network management, operational monitoring, and/or network project implementation.
- At least 5 years of experience in network project implementation and design.
- Deep knowledge of LAN, WAN, wireless, and security environments.
