Quantum is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager of Sales Support to lead and scale our order-to-cash support function within our growing Guadalajara office. This role plays a critical part in enabling a high-performing global sales organization by ensuring operational excellence, process efficiency, and a superior customer experience. This leader will oversee end-to-end order management processes, drive continuous improvement, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Customer Operations to support revenue execution and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing order management team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.




- Establish clear performance metrics, monitor productivity, and drive service excellence.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members.
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing, validation, and booking of integral sales orders.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, pricing policies, and revenue recognition requirements.
- Identify process gaps and implement scalable improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Partner with Sales to support deal structuring, pricing, and proposal development.
- Ensure timely and consistent quote generation aligned with company guidelines.
- Act as an escalation point for complex order issues and customer inquiries.
- Monitor order pipeline, backlog, shipments, billing, and delivery performance.
- Deliver actionable reporting and insights to Sales and leadership teams.
