Your Tasks
- Define and deploy digitalization roadmap for SCM operations across the Americas region.
- Align regional digital initiatives with integral SCM and Industry 4.0 strategies.
- Identify opportunities for automation, data integration, and real‑time visibility.
- Lead implementation of digital tools (e.g., MES integration,



WMS enhancements, IoT solutions).
- Analyze and design end‑to‑end material flow (inbound, internal production, outbound).
- Optimize physical flow, reducing lead times, handling costs, and inventory.
- Define and standardize material flow concepts across plants and warehouses.
- Support line‑feeding concepts (Kanban, JIT/JIS, supermarkets, milk runs).
- Implement dashboards and KPIs for material flow and logistics visibility.
- Drive use of digital twins and simulation tools for flow optimization.
- Define and roll out standardized SCM digital processes and tools.
- Support audits and assessments related to SCM digital maturity.
- Evaluate and implement automation technologies (AGVs, AMRs, robotics, smart conveyors).
- Integrate automation into material flow concepts.
- Coordinate layout changes aligned with automation strategies.
