- Define and execute a multi-year pricing maturity roadmap.
- Accelerate the transition from cost-plus pricing to value-based pricing.
- Develop pricing strategies across spare parts, consumables, and services.
- Embed pricing as a strategic commercial capability.
- Pricing Execution & Governance
- Improve pricing governance and commercial discipline.
- Drive commercial discipline and pricing accountability.




- Support regional sales organizations in complex pricing decisions.
- Ensure rapid and effective commercial decision-making.
- Develop analytics, tools, and processes that improve business performance.
- Commercial Agreements
- Lead governance of strategic customer pricing agreements.
- Support negotiations and commercial decision-making for major customer agreements.
- Ensure contractual pricing structures align with long-term business objectives.
- Leadership
- Lead and develop a general team of pricing and commercial agreement professionals.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on business impact and execution.
- Act as a trusted advisor to commercial leadership teams globally.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
