Job Objective
Design and govern the backend architecture of distributed systems, ensuring scalability, resilience, and efficiency in data and process management.
Your role
- Design distributed architectures (microservices, modular monoliths)
- Define backend development standards
- Select technologies (Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, etc.)
- Design APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC)
- Implement scalability strategies (horizontal/vertical)
- Define design patterns (DDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing)
- Manage databases (SQL and NoSQL)
- Design security mechanisms (authentication, authorization,



encryption)
- Ensure monitoring, logging, and observability
- Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines

Your profile
- 7+ years in backend development, 2+ in architecture
- Experience with high-concurrency systems
- Proficiency in backend languages (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, Go)
- Experience with APIs and event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of advanced design patterns

Nice to Have
- Experience with Domain-Driven Design
- Knowledge of serverless architectures
- Experience with mission‑critical or financial systems
