In this role, you will help develop and implement programs that promote a strong safety culture, reduce workplace risks, and ensure compliance with environmental and occupational health standards. You will collaborate with cross functional teams, provide guidance on best practices, investigate incidents, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that protect employees and support sustainable business operations.

Work Location: Reynosa

Work Schedule : Monday -Thursday 6:30 p.m. - 5:30 a.m.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the development and implementation of environmental, health, and safety programs and initiatives.
- Identify, assess, and help mitigate workplace and environmental risks.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Deliver training and guidance on safety practices, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.
- Partner with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to strengthen workplace safety performance.
