Gymreapers is a fast-growing fitness accessories and apparel brand built for athletes who take their training seriously. We develop, source, manufacture, import, and sell products across DTC, Amazon, wholesale, and international markets. As the business scales, we’re building the infrastructure to match. This role is part of that build.

The Role

We’re looking for a Quality Specialist to support supplier quality management across our general manufacturing network. You’ll be the primary owner of supplier quality visibility and performance reporting, working closely with Supplier Operations, Product Development, Compliance, and Strategic Sourcing to make sure products are built to spec before they reach our customers.

This isn’t a passive quality role. You’ll be in the data, running inspections, driving corrective actions, and following issues through to resolution. The work is analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.

This role is based on-site in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico.

What You’ll Own
- Coordinating incoming, in-process,



and pre-shipment inspection activities and monitoring results for trends
- Supporting supplier and factory audit programs, documenting findings, and tracking corrective action follow-through
- Managing CAPA tracking from supplier response through verified completion
- Supporting root cause investigations on quality failures and recurring issues
- Building and maintaining supplier quality scorecards, dashboards, and performance reports
- Verifying supplier adherence to approved specifications, materials, and workmanship standards
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers and identifying opportunities to prevent issues upstream
- Partnering with Product Development, Sourcing, Compliance, and Supply Planning when quality issues affect product or supply
