Role Description

We are seeking a Network Engineer to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex network environments, ensuring secure and seamless connectivity across client infrastructures.

The idóneo candidate will bring strong technical expertise, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset to work alongside IT teams in delivering robust, scalable, and secure networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Network Administration & Support
- Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and switches.




- Monitor network performance and proactively recommend improvements.
- Ensure network security through firewall configurations, VLANs, and access controls.

Network Design & Implementation
- Design and deploy network solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Implement network upgrades, expansions, and hardware replacements.
- Support high-availability and disaster recovery strategies.

On‑Site Troubleshooting & Resolution
- Conduct physical inspections: verify device power, cabling, airflow, and rack stability.
- Perform connectivity testing: Ethernet/fiber validation, SFP reseating, switch port analysis.
- Execute hardware replacements: swap failed devices, document asset changes.
- Collaborate with remote support teams via secure sessions and live troubleshooting.
- Conduct post‑resolution validation: ping tests, traceroutes, throughput checks, firewall/VLAN verification.
