Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer with hands-on experience in Python, Cucumber, and Gherkin to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts. The adecuado candidate will have a strong understanding of behavior-driven development (BDD) and experience working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated test scripts using Python and BDD frameworks like Cucumber with Gherkin syntax.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure quality coverage.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks.
- Identify and report bugs and assist with root cause analysis.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Execute regression, functional, and performance tests.




- Create clear and concise test documentation and reports.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in test automation using Python.
- Proficient with Cucumber and writing test cases in Gherkin syntax.
- Good understanding of BDD (Behavior-Driven Development).
- Familiarity with Selenium, PyTest, or other relevant test frameworks.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Good To Have
- Experience with testing REST APIs using tools like Postman or REST-assured.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
