Key Responsibilities
- Providing technical support for Coil Shop manufacturing processes, including Fin Press, Hairpin Bender, and Expander operations.
- Coordinating and developing manufacturing technical personnel assigned to the area.
- Leading CAPEX projects related to equipment acquisition, installation, validation, tooling, and process improvements.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reductio
