Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers on assigned Original Equipment projects.
- Manage the project portfolio from Purchase Order receipt through Cash Collection. Accountable for on-time delivery of backlog, cash flow, margin, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure full compliance with the contractual scope of supply, delivering according to contractual timelines and technical specifications.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication, building strong customer relationships that reflect Flowserve’s Purpose, Values, and Behaviors.
