Role & Responsabilities
- Support the daily operation topics.
- Definition of the assembly process based on H&S;, Quality, and Costs KPIs.
- Line balancing according to the Efficiency KPI and by using site tools and softwares.
- Maximize line balancing VA/NVA ratio while taking into consideration our workers, using lean manufacturing tools.
- Production capacity management based on demand and process constraints.
- Planning and executing the activities related to model year and new platforms introduction according to NPD requirements.
- Keep updated the production floor shop layout, master data, visual aids, work instructions & risk analysis for every model year and new projects.
