Job Summary

Lead and optimize welding processes across the assigned plant area to ensure safe,



efficient, and high-quality production that meets established manufacturing requirements. This role owns the overall direction of the value stream(s), with accountability for PQVC performance, process stability, throughput, defect reduction, and continuous improvement in welding operations. Reporting directly to this position are Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians.

What You Will Do
- Ensure effective operation of an assigned area of manufacturing to meet established schedules and production requirements while maintaining cost.
- Develops plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and manpower to achieve manufacturing cost, quality, and inventory management target.
- Monitors customer delivery performance, cost reduction programs, lead-time improvements, and quality improvement projects that will enhance customer value and business unit results.
