We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to shape impactful products while working closely with cross-functional teams across the organization. Responsibilities

Research and document detailed technical requirements to guide product development




Actively contribute to product planning sessions and help shape the overall product roadmap
Partner with internal and external customers, including other Product Managers, architecture, operations, business development, sales, marketing, and customer success teams, to gain a deep understanding of their needs
Assess the technical feasibility, dependencies, and constraints of features with support from related technology teams
Define metrics that measure and benchmark product performance and effectiveness
Build and communicate a well-supported point of view based on primary and secondary research, including direct customer engagement
Deliver requirements in collaboration with SaaS Ops, Security, Architecture, and various engineering teams, following an iterative and pragmatic delivery approach
Incorporate clear written documentation and visual techniques, such as sequence diagrams and payload mockups, into product requirements
