Responsibilities
· Security Operations:
Provides lead asset protection and security operations program oversight across the in-scope Shure Juarez facility portfolio as a member of the Integral Security team.




Manages the contract security provider relationship, including contract support, budget management, service expectations, performance monitoring, and reviews to ensure alignment with operational requirements.
Develops site-specific training for contract security staff and serves as the 24/7 escalation point for the contract security provider.
Leads the oversight and maintenance of security systems and equipment, while overseeing related vendor contracts and budgets.
Directs security response efforts to protect Associates and assets during emergency situations, focusing on minimizing disruption, damage, and cost.
Prepares written security incident reports, status updates, and presentations, for leadership.
Coordinates security support for special events, business meetings, and travelers as required.
Risk Management:
Conducts physical facility assessments and recommends industry-aligned, cost-effective security solutions that support divisional
