Responsible for the development and maintenance of the MBT Linvol elevator business across the entire Latin American region (from Mexico to South America). This includes the expansion of sales channels through new distributors and end users such as developers and investors. The role involves daily project follow-up with existing clients, customer relationship management, and support for technical and marketing needs. It also requires maintaining communication with China headquarters regarding market information, customer requirements, technical support, marketing activities, and order follow-up. Additionally, the position is responsible for gathering market intelligence, collecting customer feedback, and participating in marketing initiatives.





What will you do?

Sales Channel Development
- Develop professional elevator distributors from local distributors currently representing other brands.
- Develop end-user relationships with project owners, developers, investors, and general contractors, and directly follow up on customer projects.

Daily Customer Follow-up
- Follow up on customer project inquiries, understand customer needs, communicate with China headquarters, and provide customers with product selection and quotations.
- Follow up on quoted projects, understand customer requirements, and facilitate final sales.
- Follow up on customer technical issues and ensure technical engineers provide proper responses to customer inquiries.
