JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for maintaining and analyzing the company’s cost accounting system and work independently with general supervision from management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Record, track, and reconcile accounting transactions related to fixed assets (additions, disposals, depreciation, and amortization).
- Information analysis, expense review and allocation of transportation and meal expenses
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in accordance with internal policies and applicable financial standards.




- Prepare financial reports and perform variance analysis related to fixed assets and assigned accounts.
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in accounting and administrative processes.
- Lead or support automation projects (using advanced Excel, macros, Power BI, or other tools).
- Propose innovative solutions to optimize processes, reduce errors, and strengthen internal controls.
- Document processes and develop operational manuals.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation and balance sheets.
- Prepare timely reports and communication with functional areas.
- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
