We are looking for a CNC Machining Supervisor to join our Manufacturing team and play a key role in ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives are achieved while supporting a culture of operational excellence.
Job Purpose
Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the efficient operation of the CNC Machining area, guaranteeing the achievement of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives. Provide technical support for machining processes, lead production personnel, and promote continuous improvement of processes and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily machining personnel activities to ensure compliance with established production schedules.
Monitor employee performance, attendance, discipline, and professional development.
Manage employee time-off requests,



vacations, attendance issues, and departmental staffing needs.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Provide technical support for CNC machine operation and machining equipment.
Analyze and resolve process, quality, tooling, and production equipment issues.
Coordinate machinery and equipment adjustments to correct deviations and ensure compliance with product specifications.
Plan material flow within the department and optimize the physical layout of machines and workstations according to production requirements.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve operational performance.
Develop, recommend, and implement improvements in production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve cycle times, and increase production capacity.
