Role Overview
Mint Source is hiring an Amazon Marketplace Growth Manager to join a Canadian health supplement brand serving over 1.5 million customers with Health Canada registered, third-party lab-tested products, sold through its own DTC store and on Amazon in both Canada and the US. You'll own the full P&L; for the Amazon US account, reporting directly to the CEO and COO, with complete accountability for revenue, margin, and market share. Day to day, you'll run growth strategy, PPC, pricing, and catalog velocity while collaborating with the brand's catalog, logistics, creative, and data analytics teams. Success means one thing: a monthly P&L; that hits its targets,



backed by decisions you made and can defend. This is a rare chance to run an Amazon account as your own business, not just manage pieces of one.

What You'll Do
Own the full P&L; for the Amazon US account, including revenue forecasting, margin management, and monthly performance reporting against targets
Develop and execute account-level growth strategy across the catalog, including product prioritization, launch support, and promotional planning (Prime Day, seasonal events)
Manage all PPC campaigns end-to-end: campaign structure, bid strategy, budget pacing, audience testing, and ACoS/TACoS optimization
Design and run incrementality tests (holdout groups, geo or time-based lift tests, or platform-native tools) to isolate the true incremental impact of PPC and promotions from baseline organic demand
