Role Purpose
We are seeking a very dynamic, charming, vibrant and outgoing B2B Sales Executive (U.S. Market) focused on generating incremental sales through proactive customer outreach, including
reorders, replenishment, at-once business, follow-ups from field visits, and ongoing account engagement. Success in this position requires strong phone presence and consistent outbound activity.
This role is not high-volume call center outreach or collections. It is a strategic position where your main objective will be to listen to buyers/retailers, understand their purchasing dynamics, and provide personalized guidance to ensure continuous inventory replenishment while delivering an exceptional service experience.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours.
- Location: Hybrid – Tijuana(Required in-office presence: Tuesdays & Wednesdays).
- Travel: Non-traveling position, with the exception of 1–2 corporate tradeshows and sales meetings per year.
- Core Requirements: Valid U.S. Visa,Fluent English (written and verbal, professional level, strong phone presence).

Responsibilities
Sales
- Key member of the Sales team responsible for driving revenue through high-volume outbound calls and email outreach to existing wholesale accounts, while serving as a critical execution partner to Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Territory Sales Representatives (TSRs).
- Execute daily outbound calls and emails to assigned wholesale accounts to drive reorders, replenishment, and at-once sales
- Convert outbound sales activity into booked orders through effective product knowledge and follow-up
- Support sales initiatives by executing follow-up from field sales visits and line presentations
- Maintain consistent account touchpoints to drive ongoing engagement and sales velocity
