Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Permit Civil Engineer to manage the permitting process for construction projects. This role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with local authorities, and streamlining permit approvals to keep projects on schedule.

The role involves proficient English language skills and the ability to interpret and analyze technical documents effectively, according to the Department of Buildings processes and guidelines.

Desirable Knowledge & Skills

Experience in Engineering projects (Residential and commercial)
Familiarity with relevant regulations and codes in the US and the Department of Buildings DOB.
