We're Hiring | Quality Manager – QMS Compliance CDMX

Tech Mahindra is looking for an experienced Quality Manager – QMS Compliance to join our team and drive Quality Management System (QMS) governance across multiple projects supporting the Americas and EMEA regions. This is an onsite opportunity based in Mexico with exposure to global stakeholders and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
? Lead the implementation and governance of QMS processes aligned with ISO 9001, client requirements, and organizational standards.
? Conduct internal, external, and client audits while ensuring compliance across operations and support functions.
? Drive a strong quality culture and continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen, Axia, Praxis, and Exchange ION programs.
? Act as the single point of contact for QMS compliance matters with clients and stakeholders.
? Lead management reviews, identify risks, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational performance.
What We're Looking For
12-15 years of experience in an international BPO environment.
ISO 9001 Lead Assessor Certification.




Six Sigma Black Belt Certification with proven project leadership experience.
Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and audit experience.
Expertise in Quality Management Systems, Process Excellence, Data Analysis, Excel, Reporting, and Minitab.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
