Responsibilities:
Post job openings on various platforms and manage the selection process.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Evaluate and screen candidates based on job requirements.
Maintain a candidate database and manage communication with candidates.
Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes.

Required Skills:
Excellent level of English, both written and spoken.
At least one year of experience in similar positions.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of recruitment tools and candidate management systems.
