This role is for a Solution Architect with deep expertise in ServiceNow platforms who will design scalable enterprise solutions while working in a hybrid model. The role requires 18 to 20 years of experience in cloud and platform architecture with a focus on Now Platform implementation strategic solution design and aligning technical roadmaps with business outcomes across general environments.
Responsibilities
Drive end to end architecture for ServiceNow based solutions that align platform capabilities with strategic business objectives and long term technology roadmaps
Design scalable secure and resilient cloud architectures on the Now Platform that support complex workflows integrations and enterprise service management needs
Coordinate with cross functional teams to translate business requirements into detailed ServiceNow solution designs and implementation blueprints
Guide the definition of reusable ServiceNow architecture patterns and reference implementations that can be applied across multiple business domains and regions
Review solution proposals and technical designs to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards security guidelines and regulatory constraints
Collaborate with product owners and process owners to prioritize platform capabilities and ensure that solution designs maximize value and user adoption
Optimize existing ServiceNow implementations by assessing technical debt performance bottlenecks and configuration issues and defining remediation strategies
Drive integration strategies between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs integration tools and data pipelines to ensure consistent and reliable data exchange
Provide architectural governance by participating in design reviews change advisory processes and architecture boards ensuring alignment with cloud and platform principles
