We are looking for a Technical Lead with solid experience in IT services consulting, focused on technical and operational delivery management. This role involves leading technical teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and serving as a key liaison between clients and internal teams. The Technical Lead will ensure that all commitments are met efficiently, in alignment with quality standards, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical teams (consultants, engineers, developers, etc.) to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
Manage SLAs, KPIs, and service processes agreed upon with the client.
Serve as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams to address technical and operational issues.
Coordinate the implementation of improvements across processes, workflows, and tools.
Monitor team performance, provide ongoing feedback, and implement action plans as needed.
Participate in change advisory boards, service reviews, or internal audits related to the project/account.




Ensure effective use of corporate tools and adherence to governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, ISO).
Identify risks in service delivery and proactively develop mitigation plans.
Foster a collaborative and continuous improvement culture within the team.

Requirements and Competencies:
Proven experience leading technical teams in IT services or managed services environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both technical and non-technical.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
General understanding of service delivery processes, compliance, and operational excellence.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (depending on client/project needs).
Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL, Agile, or similar is highly desirable.
