Your Role
As an Azure DevOps Engineer at Capgemini, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust DevOps solutions that enable efficient software delivery across multiple environments. You will leverage Azure DevOps services, automation frameworks, and scripting technologies to streamline CI/CD processes, improve deployment reliability, and support operational excellence.
You will collaborate with development, infrastructure, quality assurance, and operations teams to establish best practices for source control, deployment automation, configuration management, and release management.

Responsibilities & Scope
Design, develop,



and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to support application delivery and infrastructure deployment.
Configure and administer Azure DevOps services, including:
Azure Repos
Azure Boards
Azure Pipelines
Azure Artifacts
Azure Test Plans
Implement and support Git branching strategies such as GitFlow, Trunk-Based Development, and Feature Branching.
Develop automated deployment and release processes across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize build and release pipelines to improve stability, performance, and deployment success rates.
Develop and maintain reusable PowerShell scripts for deployment automation, infrastructure provisioning, operational support, and monitoring activities.
Automate server configuration, application deployments, environment validation, health checks, and routine maintenance tasks.
