The Learning Operations Team is responsible for the technical support of Farmers learning systems and logistical support for select training initiatives. This role will primarily involve working in our learning management system (LMS) to support its efficient operation, problem resolution, and improving the learner experience. They will assist with LMS support tickets, data governance, new functionality rollouts, and other LMS administrator tasks. They may also be involved in the implementation and sunsetting of various learning systems.

Responsibilities

System Management: Executes on a plan; schedules and administers learning and development system activities in concert with other stakeholders, using company approved tools
Act as point of contact for system usage and conflict resolution.
Analyzes and evaluates existing systems and procedures; recommending methods of improvement.
Completes quality control audits and implements any corrective action.
