Responsabilidades

Primary Responsibilities Of The Marketing Communications Intern

Manage and maintain the inventory of promotional materials and marketing merchandise.
Receive, track, and coordinate the distribution of promotional materials.
Monitor vendor payment processes and ensure supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
Create and follow up on Purchase Requisitions (PRs) within corporate systems.
Manage and maintain marketing assets within Bynder,



ensuring the digital asset library remains organized and up to date.
Coordinate vendor onboarding and vendor information updates within internal systems.
Track and follow up on JIRA tickets and requests to ensure timely completion and delivery.
Support the logistical coordination of events, campaigns, and communication initiatives.
Monitor purchase orders, invoices, and budget-related documentation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support project execution and ensure timely deliverables.
Maintain and update departmental databases, records, and documentation.
Provide general operational and administrative support to Marketing Communications activities to ensure efficient execution of projects and initiatives.

Requisitos

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
