What You'll Do

Define project scope and develop technical solutions in collaboration with CPMs, ensuring strong value propositions backed by engineering studies.

Coordinate and guide Technical Engineers (TEs), assigning responsibilities and optimizing resource allocation across projects.

Lead technical discussions with clients, presenting trade-offs, frameworks, and tailored solutions.

Drive project execution by validating designs, testing solutions, and managing technical subtasks from approval to implementation.

Act as the key interface between clients and internal engineering teams, ensuring alignment and quality delivery.

What You’ll Bring





Degree in Structural Engineering or related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Strong background in design, installations, and piping systems within complex construction environments.

Proven technical expertise combined with the ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external clients.

Intermediate to advanced English skills to collaborate with general stakeholders.

Demonstrated teamwork and leadership potential; prior experience leading or coordinating teams is a plus.
