The HiL Delivery Supervisorwill provide operational leadership and governance
for Verification and Validation Hardware-in-the-Loop delivery activities. This
position will coordinate Engineering Services Suppliers and internal
stakeholders to ensure delivery commitments are clearly defined, properly
resourced, financially supported, and consistently monitored. The role will
oversee Capex and Non-Capex budget tracking, hiring and staffing visibility,
team target management, supplier performance monitoring, and the implementation
of formal KPI frameworks. In addition, the position will be responsible for
consolidating data and presenting clear, actionable reporting through
dashboards, scorecards, or equivalent mechanisms to support business reviews and
leadership decision-making.
