PVHardware is looking for an Structural Engineering Manager to ensure that the tracker structures are designed, analyzed, and optimized to withstand extreme environmental and operational conditions, ensuring the stability, durability, and efficiency of the products in the photovoltaic sector.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer/ Industrial Engineer specializing in Structural Calculation or similar. Masters' degree is prefered.
5+ years experience in the similar position is highly prefered.
Experience in leadership position roles is highly preferred.
Experience in the solar tracking sector and in the calculation of structures is highly preferred.
Management of finite element calculation software Ansys, Abaqus, Consteel.
Basic AutoCAD experience is highly preferred.

Experience with Microsoft Office is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
Structural Analysis: Perform analysis and simulations of the tracker structures to ensure their strength and stability under various conditions (wind, load, ground movement, etc.).
Design Optimization: Propose design improvements to optimize material usage, reduce costs, and enhance tracker performance.
Calculations and Validations: Perform structural calculations and validations to ensure that the structures meet international standards and technical project requirements.
Collaboration with Engineering Team: Work closely with the design and production engineering teams to ensure proper implementation of structural designs in the manufacturing of trackers.
Material Testing and Evaluation: Participate in selecting appropriate materials for the structures, considering factors such as strength, durability, and
