Join our program supporting Airbnb’s Luxe program as a Home Consultant and help us uphold the exceptional quality and hospitality standards expected from the luxury homes in Airbnb’s Luxe offering.
Project operates on an as‑needed basis; assignment volume may fluctuate throughout the duration of the program and is not guaranteed. Some weeks may have higher activity levels while others may be lighter depending on operational demand and market needs.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct in‑person onsite home consultations and property evaluations.
- Capture high‑quality photos and document property conditions.
- Complete structured assessment reports based on your independent expert evaluation of the properties using provided guidelines and templates.
- Maintain professional and responsive communication and interactions with Hosts.
- Coordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email communication.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports following each consultation.

Qualifications
- Preferred but not required: background in hospitality, customer service, interior design,



real estate, or related fields.
- Adaptable schedule.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned locations.
- Own a phone or tablet to complete reports and upload photos.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Tech‑comfortable and able to complete reports via a stable internet connection.
- Located within 1 hour driving distance from the job post location you are applying for.

Compensation Structure
This opportunity offers compensation on a per‑assignment basis. Candidates should propose their rate for reviewing and submitting a report for a 1‑bedroom home. Average base rates within this region generally fall between $40 - $52 for a 1‑bedroom property.
