Position: Occupational Health Specialist

We are looking for a physician with experience in Occupational Health to lead our workplace health strategy by driving preventive programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a culture of well-being for our employees. This role will be instrumental in building processes from the ground up, strengthening health metrics management, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the Occupational Health strategy aligned with business needs and applicable regulations.




- Develop health promotion and preventive care campaigns focused on employee well-being.
- Coordinate health assessments and preventive programs related to illness prevention, pregnancy, mental health, and suicide prevention.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health regulations issued by the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Health.
- Coordinate occupational hygiene studies, including noise, lighting, and other workplace risk assessments.
- Manage and monitor the Major Medical Insurance (SGMM) policy, driving initiatives to reduce claims and improve loss ratios.
- Analyze health, absenteeism, and occupational risk indicators to develop action plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in the management of the IMSS occupational risk premium and ensure regulatory compliance.
