Job Summary





The Manager of Facilities Engineering oversees the maintenance and operation of all facilities and infrastructure within a hardware manufacturing plant or site. This role is responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality, safety, and sustainability of the physical environment, while balancing budgetary constraints and supporting business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with engineers, business partners, and suppliers to achieve organizational goals, emphasizing sustainable facility usage and adherence to budget requirements.
- Build and lead a high‑performing facility maintenance team, designing and delivering training programs to ensure consistent, high‑quality work.
- Assess the effectiveness of current utilities, equipment, and processes, providing innovative solutions to operational challenges and risks.
- Direct inspection, repair, and continuous improvement activities for all facilities, ensuring compliance
