Right now, we have the pieces, but they are often moving in silos. We need someone to solve the "End-to-End" puzzle.





The challenge isn't just spending more on ads; it’s finding the 20% efficiency gain by syncing creative budgets, optimizing the handoff between acquisition and CRM, and scaling sustainably in a resource-constrained environment. You’ll be tasked with moving us away from marginal gains and toward a holistic strategy that views the customer lifecycle as one continuous journey.

What Success Will Look Like
- The First 60 Days: You’ve developed a "high-definition photograph" of the business—identifying every gap and opportunity; and presented a clear, data-backed action plan for the year.
- The Efficiency Win: You’ve successfully unified the creative and marketing budgets, eliminating duplication and reinvesting those savings into high-impact talent or new channels.
- The Scalability Milestone: You’ve hit aggressive revenue targets while maintaining a healthy LTV/CAC ratio, proving that we can grow fast without losing our "scrappy"
