About This Role

We are hiring a Supply Chain Lead to support supply chain and operations projects for multiple CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) clients. This role is adecuado for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. You will help improve processes, manage operational tasks, and support senior operators across different projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day execution across supply chain and operations projects




- Assist with process mapping, workflow optimization, and systems implementation
- Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders
- Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights
- Maintain reporting dashboards, trackers, and operational documentation
- Help improve inventory planning, procurement workflows, and fulfillment processes
- Support cross-functional initiatives across operations, finance, and logistics
- Manage project timelines, follow-ups, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable process improvements
- Assist senior operators in client-facing operational initiatives
- Maintain high attention to detail across all tasks and communications
- Utilize tools such as Excel, Notion, Airtable, Smartsheet, and related platforms
