Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Your RoleAs a Performance Tester at Capgemini, you will design and build robust performance testing frameworks from scratch, defining strategies and execution models to ensure scalability, reliability, and optimal system performance.You will work on modern, distributed systems and cloud environments, leveraging advanced tools and techniques to simulate real-world workloads and identify performance bottlenecks.This role requires strong expertise in performance engineering, scripting (Python), API-based testing, and CI/CD integration,



with a deep focus on improving system efficiency and reliability.Responsibilities & Scope* Build and design performance testing frameworks (tools, standards, execution model, reporting)* Define performance test strategies, workload models, and execution approaches* Derive realistic workload scenarios using production traffic patterns* Analyze system architecture to identify critical APIs, dependencies, and workflows* Develop API-based performance scripts using:+ Gatling (Scala/Java – preferred)+ JMeter / Locust* Leverage Python (mandatory) for scripting, automation, and custom tooling* Execute load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing* Perform deep performance analysis and bottleneck identification (latency, CPU, memory, database, network)* Conduct root cause analysis and provide performance tuning recommendations* Integrate and automate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps,
