What you'll do

We’re looking for a Global Head of Legal & Regulatory to join our executive team and own the legal strategy, regulatory relationships, and team building across all markets where Clara operates. This is Clara's most senior legal position, reporting directly to the CEO. You are not just a legal technician; you are a business leader who happen to be a lawyer—one who makes decisions grounded in data and embraces technology as a force multiplier.

You will contribute to Clara’s mission by:
- Defining Clara’s global legal strategy and owning its execution across all markets, anticipating risks before they arise and developing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Representing Clara in relationships with financial regulators, governmental bodies, and relevant industry forums across LatAm
