Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sophisticated strategic wellness program that aligns with our luxury brand positioning and addresses the refined health preferences of our discerning clientele and staff.
- Lead and mentor the wellness team with excellence, providing professional development and performance guidance to ensure premium service delivery and operational distinction.
- Design and implement curated wellness initiatives including bespoke fitness programming,
personalized nutrition consultation, premium mental health support, and exclusive stress‑management experiences.
- Establish partnerships with elite wellness vendors, luxury fitness facilities, distinguished healthcare providers, and renowned mental health professionals to enhance our exclusive program offerings.
- Manage the wellness budget with precision, allocate resources strategically, and demonstrate exceptional return on investment for all premium wellness initiatives.
- Analyze comprehensive wellness program data and performance metrics to assess effectiveness, identify emerging wellness trends, and provide sophisticated recommendations for continuous program refinement.
