In BYD we are looking for our next " Fleet Sales Manager" to supports the commercial team managing sales processes for fleet customers, ensuring clear coordination between internal departments and external clients. This role is key in maintaining up-to-date records, tracking orders, and providing excellent service throughout the sales cycle—from quotation to vehicle delivery.
It´s a Field Sales focused role, not related with Fleet Management, maintance or manufacture.

Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate the end-to-end sales process for fleet clients, including quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, and delivery scheduling
- .Act as the main liaison between the sales team, logistics, finance, and aftersales to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- .Maintain updated records of fleet sales contracts, unit configurations, customer profiles, and delivery timelines
- .Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals and presentations tailored to corporate clients
- .Monitor vehicle availability and coordinate with production and inventory teams to align delivery expectations




- .Provide regular status updates to clients and ensure a high level of post-sale follow-up and satisfaction
- .Track KPIs related to fleet sales performance, customer satisfaction, and delivery metrics
- .Support tender processes and documentation for government or large-scale fleet opportunities
- .Coordinate demo vehicle logistics, test drives, and customer product trainings in collaboration with technical teams

Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience automotive fleet sales and the mentioned activities. Less experience, other industries or experience will be not consider
- Excellent communication and client-facing skill
- Fluent English languaje
- Able to travel nationwide
