We are looking for a Brand Lead to help us create extraordinary experiences for our customers while accelerating the growth and performance of our Co-Brand business.
This opportunity is adecuado for a strategic, analytical, and results-driven professional who thrives at the intersection of brand, growth, partnerships, and performance. You will play a key role in shaping, executing, and optimizing Co-Brand campaign strategies alongside credit card partners, with a clear focus on customer acquisition, growth, and incremental value creation.
As a Brand Lead, you will drive initiatives from strategy to execution, coordinating commercial and communication efforts across multiple stakeholders.



You will use data and customer insights to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and turn ideas into high-impact initiatives—working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver meaningful business results.
Educational requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field.

Experience
2–4 years of experience in marketing, growth, performance, or commercial partnerships, with hands-on experience leading campaigns from strategy and execution through optimization.
Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments, such as fintechs, startups, or digital platforms (e.g., Nu, Mercado Pago, Openbank, or similar).
Proven experience executing digital acquisition campaigns, ideally for financial products or other high-consideration categories.
