Monitor and respond to platform alerts and production incidents in Unix/Linux environments.
Troubleshoot system issues and execute recovery actions to restore services quickly.
Coordinate with resolver teams and stakeholders to resolve operational incidents.
Maintain operational documentation, support records, and shift handover notes.
Escalate recurring or complex issues and contribute to platform stability improvements.
Your Profile

2-5 years of experience supporting Unix/Linux environments.
Hands-on experience with Red Hat, Ubuntu,



or CentOS administration and troubleshooting.
Strong command-line skills and knowledge of Linux operating systems.
Understanding monitoring tools, alert management, and incident response processes.
Basic networking knowledge and familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).

Nice to Have

Experience supporting production environments in a 24/7 operations model.
Knowledge of shell scripting (Bash).
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Experience with automation or configuration management tools.
Familiarity with enterprise monitoring solutions.
