Job Description
The Managing Director of Investments will be a member of the executive leadership team and serve as New Story’s lead for investment strategy and execution. They are an experienced investment professional with deep regional land development and real estate transaction experience who will lead our deal origination, financial underwriting, capital deployment, and asset management strategies across Latin America. They will serve as the primary originator of our investment pipeline, leading investments from initial sourcing and financial structuring to close.
