The People Solution Center Americas supports ~3,000 employees across six countries, providing world-class HR services with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and care. We manage HR processes, policies, and employee data in Workday,



while serving as trusted partners to employees and managers alike. This role reports to the Manager, PSC - Americas.
What You’ll Do:
Be the first point of contact for HR questions, from policies to processes.
Provide accurate, helpful support with empathy and a people-first mindset.
Investigate and resolve employee concerns, escalating when needed and always following up.
Keep employee records clean and up to date in Workday; pull reports when needed.
Spot opportunities to improve how we work - and share your ideas.
Deliver high-quality HR transactions and support in line with service levels.
Support hiring and onboarding after the offer stage - contracts, background checks, and getting new hires ready for Day One.
Conduct compliance checks (think: right-to-work, policy audits, and documentation).
Jump in on projects that make our People Solution Center even better.
