What You Will Do:
Supervises a team of primarily entry and intermediate Technicians / Business Support employees, with flexibility to determine how assignments are completed (e.g., objectives and approaches to completing work).
Sets day-to-day goals and objectives for team members.
Prepares,
updates and monitors performance metrics to ensure business objectives are achieved.
Performs capacity planning of staff and resources to support input variations, adjusting and performing recovery plans.
Participate in hiring process of new employees, transfers, promotions, salary actions and terminations.
Support project management based on business needs; may be required to support other duties/functions within the company.
Actively participate in initiatives for Root Cause/Corrective Actions using Quality tools and support.
Actively participate in obtaining Quality and Regulatory Certifications.
Review and implement technical, process and regulatory documentation changes; creates or updates procedures as required.
Coordinates or provide technicians with theorical and on the job trainings, performing systematic reviews and adjustments of the plan.
Design, discuss, and implement employees’ development plans.
Participates in technical meeting with service requestors
