Keep the Trade Finance HTS platform stable for current USA production support while supporting the operational maturity needed for Mexico ownership by 2027.

Key Responsibilities

Perform production incident triage and recovery for HTS services.
Support Java and SQL-based investigation and resolution.
Improve runbooks, controls, and operational documentation.
Contribute to repeat incident reduction and service stability.
