What will you do?
Configure and follow up on order entry through the SAP system, ensuring alignment between production capacity and customer commitments to guarantee proper material supply and on-time delivery.
How will you do it?
Create sales orders in SAP based on customer requirements and assign delivery dates according to production capacity. Manage the various steps required for BOM (Bill of Materials)



release by coordinating interactions among the different areas involved, including Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Planning.
Generate reports and KPIs, including:
Order Intake
P1s
Pre-BOM Follow-up
Follow up on P1, Pre-BOM, and Final BOM processes.
Monitor capacity-to-order alignment, manage changes to new orders, and maintain constant communication with the Order Management team to ensure committed delivery dates remain accurate and reliable.
Support the creation and monitoring of long-term forecasts and maintain FATOs, working closely with other plants and the Purchasing team. Release updated lead times according to plant capacity, collaborating with the Continuous Improvement (CI) team to obtain accurate information regarding bottlenecks and manufacturing times.
Support the creation of work centers, resources, and consumption data in SAP to improve capacity control and production scheduling.
